Chantelle Copeland I Systemic Coach

Your next step is clearer than
you think.

Hey, I’m Chantelle – systemic coach, freelance English trainer, and advocate for new starts.

I help women facing big changes take the next step, even when doubts and fears try to hold them back.

Courage isn’t the absence of fear—it’s moving forward anyway.

You know you want to make a change, but something is holding you back:

  • You go over your options again and again, but can’t make a choice.

  • You procrastinate, worried it won’t work out—or what others might think.

  • You’re full of ideas and enthusiasm, but not confident enough to act.

  • Thoughts like, “I’m not good enough” or “I’m too old” keep holding you back.

I work with women who want to grow—personally or professionally—but feel stuck by self-doubt or inner blocks. Using systemic constellations, we clear those obstacles so you can finally move forward with clarity and confidence.

I help you:

  • See what’s really keeping you stuck

  • Make sense of your fears and doubts

  • Get clear on what you truly want

  • Feel ready and confident to take your next step

My mission is to help women realize they’re worth it, that they deserve to do what they love, and to help them find the clarity and courage to turn the page and start their next chapter.

“I love new beginnings because they push people to be brave—and I’m here to support that courage.”

"I’m not afraid anymore."

My life has been a series of new starts—moving abroad with a one-way ticket, switching careers, starting over in new cities, never knowing if I’d made a huge mistake. I’ve rebuilt my life from scratch over and over again, and learned how to find my footing each time.

Among all these new starts, losing my teaching job just before COVID really made me pause. I liked teaching English, but I found myself asking: Is this really what I want long-term?

That question led me to a coaching program—and gave me clarity I didn’t have before.

In that program, our coach asked us to think back on feedback

we’d received over the years, the kind that really stuck with us.

A student once walked into class to thank me, saying:

"I'm not afraid anymore"

Hearing that, I felt so happy for her! And proud that I had been able to help her find the confidence to speak without fear.  With almost all of my adult clients, the challenge usually isn’t language gaps —it’s gaps in self-confidence. The insecurity they feel speaking a second language in front of bosses, clients, or peers. How limited they feel, how small or silly.

That feeling of transformation has stayed with me. Over the years, I’ve heard clients say things like, “I feel closer to myself” and “I’m better able to stand up for my needs.” One client, who had come to me feeling completely stuck, left saying, “I feel unstoppable in what I want to achieve, no matter how long it takes.”

Those are the moments that truly move me.

It made me realize it’s not about grammar or listening exercises.

It’s about moving from self-doubt to courage.

That’s the transformation I want to help women experience.

I’ve experienced these moments of doubt and hesitation myself,

and I know how it feels to question your strength and your choices.

What holds us back isn’t usually a lack of skills.

It’s the stories we tell ourselves, the limiting beliefs, and hidden loyalties.

Now, as a systemic coach, I help women uncover what’s really stopping them and find the courage to take their next step.

Because you are worth it. You deserve to do what you love. And sometimes, one brave choice is all it takes to change everything.

The answers worth finding need time.

What I learned in teaching still guides me today: the real work isn’t on the surface. In coaching, it’s about uncovering what’s really holding you back—the doubts, fears, and hidden loyalties—and giving them the time and attention they need to shift.

That’s why my sessions aren’t rushed 60-minute appointments. From the very first session, we take the time needed to go deep, do a meaningful intervention, and walk away with insights that stick.

Because for me, coaching isn’t about rushing through steps. It’s about giving you the space and attention to truly uncover what’s stopping you—and moving forward with clarity and confidence.

Connecting the dots, celebrating the wins

I’m persistent and curious by nature—I love playing detective, asking questions, and following the threads until the real patterns emerge. It’s not just about discovering what you feel; it’s about connecting those insights so they make sense, and using them to create lasting change. At the same time, I truly believe that big wins are made up of the small ones, and it’s so important to recognize and acknowledge them. I help you recognize and celebrate your own progress and growth—because growth should feel empowering, not heavy.

What my clients say

JD

"The constellation and our conversations really stayed with me — they revealed blind spots and boosted my confidence. In relationships of any kind (closeness–distance), I can quickly sense what works for me, and I’m able to take that position and communicate it clearly. I feel more connected to myself, better at standing up for my needs, and I’m getting closer and closer to inner peace. It feels amazing."

GL

"At the beginning of the program I couldn’t start projects and finish them. Now I can’t imagine not finishing what I start. Chantelle guided me with great empathy and respect, always asking the right questions that helped me reflect and see what was blocking me. Everything we worked on changed the way I see myself."

BM

"Through her personal approach, Chantelle creates a warm, open, and trusting atmosphere. She guided me with empathy and helped me recognize limiting beliefs and create new paths. You can feel how passionate she is about her work."

Travel love

The longest trips I’ve taken were three months in South America (Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and Uruguay) and 15 months in Australia. Australia was my first big adventure—and where I met my husband. Ever since, I’ve wanted to explore as many new places as possible and discover the world. Talk to me about your adventures—I love hearing them.

Deep talks

Actually talk to me about all the deep things. I’m here for the meaningful conversations, not the pleasantries and naturally attract people who dive straight in. Just not first thing in the morning, please. 😉

Non-competitive

You won’t find me in competitive or team sports, maybe because I was an only child until I was 9? But I love solo activities: SUP, walking with my dog (adopted from Romania), or spending time in nature with my husband and son. Hiking in Austria is a favorite of ours.

Not without my nap

Give me 33 minutes in the afternoon to shut my eyes and reset. Why 33? Your guess is as good as mine, but I stick to it religiously.

Camping & smores

As a good Canadian, I love to go camping and no camping trip is complete without a campfire and smores. Unfortunately, you can’t find graham crackers in Germany. Ask me about the time I had a meltdown and cried at the airport because a check-in agent tried to make me throw mine away—luckily, we were in Canada, and she understood immediately how important they were to my mission.

Time alone

Some people recharge by spending time with loved ones, but I need to be alone—it’s the only time I feel like I can think clearly. Maybe that’s another only-child thing 🤷‍♀️. Either way, if you were a fly on the wall, you’d catch me tackling long-postponed projects, reading, having solo dance parties in the kitchen, cooking, catching up with my friends and family in Canada, and reveling in going at my own pace.

Not without my music

Once, while staying in a hotel for work, the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had only a few seconds to grab my most important items and run outside.

Sitting in the lobby, waiting for the all-clear, I looked down at the only thing I’d managed to grab and wondered how exactly it would save me in the future as I sat there in my pajamas, holding nothing but my Discman.

Yes, my Discman. Now you know how old I am.

Language love

I love language and words. Maybe it’s the English teacher in me Maybe it’s moving to Germany and making many embarrassing mistakes over the years. But I love and appreciate the nuances in language and the value in understanding meaning behind the words we say.

I’m even growing to love the Swabian dialect, especially because understanding it makes Austrian dialects make sense too. Dare I say… it’s the key to southern German dialects?
